- What is
"Money back
guarantee"
scheme ?
To make buying
experience
truely
risk-free,
Shweta
Softwares now
offers "Money
back
guarantee"
scheme. Under
MBG scheme, if
you are not
happy with our
product or
services for
any reason,
simply
surrender the
product
license and
send us a
request to
cancel your
order and
claim full
refund.
- Which
products are
offered /
covered under
the said
scheme ?
UDIMagic
Software (w.e.f.
21st November,
2011).
- Is this
scheme
available to
all Customers
?
At present,
this scheme is
only
available to
Customers
within India
subject to
:-
(a) The
Customer is
the
"first-time
user" of our
product.
(b) The
Customer is
the "end-user"
of our product
and does not
use the
product for
job-work or
distribution
to other
users.
(c) The
Customer
cannot avail
any
benefits/discounts
under other
promotional
schemes (if
any) offered
by Shweta
Softwares.
If the
aforesaid
conditions are
not met, the
Customer shall
not be
considered
eligible for
the said
scheme.
- What
if I do NOT
want to
purchase under
this scheme ?
By default,
all purchases
shall be
considered
under the
"Money back
guarantee"
scheme
provided all
the aforesaid
pre-requisites
(Refer
previous FAQ -
Is this scheme
available to
all Customers?)
are met. In
case, if you
are eligible
under the
scheme but do
not wish to be
covered under
this scheme,
you must send
us an email
mentioning the
same at the
time of
placing your
order / making
payment.

- Are
there any
terms and
conditions,
service policy
in respect of
the products
covered under
the said
scheme ?
Yes. Please

- What
is the
criteria for
claiming
refund under
the said
scheme ?
The criteria
for claiming
refund is as
follows :-
(a) Surrender
the license (Kindly
take help of
Shweta
Softwares if
required)
(b) Send your
request for
cancelling the
order /
claiming
refund so that
it reaches us
within 15 days
from date of
license-issue.
You can
download the
request format
from this link.
- Is
there any time
restriction
for claiming
refund under
the said
scheme ?
Yes. The
request for
cancellation
of order /
refund must
reach us
within 15 days
from the date
of license
issue. For
example, if
the license is
issued on 1st
of the month,
your claim for
refund must
reach us
latest by 15th
of the that
month (if it
is a national
holiday, then
the next
working day).
- Will I
get FULL
Refund of the
amount that I
paid ?
Yes, subject
to a small
charge of Rs
750/- (Rs 50/-
in case of
Online
Training
Services)
towards
administrative
expenses .
This is the
only charge
that shall be
deducted from
the amount
(paid by you).
- Do I
have to give
any reason for
cancelling my
order /
claiming
refund ?
No. However,
if you wish,
you can
mention it.
- What
happens if I
cannot
surrender the
license due to
reasons which
are beyond my
control like
Hard disk
crash,
accidental
system
formatting,
virus
infection,
system crash
etc ? What if
I want to
cancel my
order / claim
refund in such
situations ?
You will NOT
be allowed to
cancel your
order / claim
refund in case
if the license
is not
surrendered.
However, we
shall reset
your License
so that you
can use it.
- How
much time will
it take for
refunding the
amount ?
Within 180
days after
receiving your
request for
cancelling the
order / claim
refund.
- How
will the
refund be
provided ?
The refund
will be
provided
either by :
- NEFT
transfer or
- Demand draft
- To
which Bank
Account will
the refund be
sent /
credited ?
The Bank
Account
provided by
you in the
request for
"Cancellation
of Order /
Refund"
format.
- Is
upgradation
covered under
the said
scheme ?
No. The said
scheme is for
new Orders and
not for
upgradations.
- What if
I send the
request for
cancelling my
order within
the specified
time period
but it does
not reach
Shweta
Softwares due
to some or the
other reason ?
You need to
ensure that
the request
for cancelling
your order
reaches us
within 15 days
of issue of
license
failing which
it shall not
be considered
valid.
- I
received the
license
details but
could not work
on the product
due to some
reasons ? Can
the "Money
back
guarantee"
period by
extended ?
No. The "Money
back
guarantee"
period shall
be valid upto
15 days only
from the date
of issue of
license.
- Can I
place order
again in
future, if I
had cancelled
any of my
orders placed
with Shweta
Softwares in
the past ?
No.
- When do
I get the
Invoice for
the purchases
made under the
said scheme ?
The Invoice
shall be
raised only
after the
expiry of
"Money back
guaranntee
scheme" period
that entitles
you to claim
refund subject
to that you
did not cancel
your order /
have not
claimed
refund.
- How
much time does
it take to
delivery the
license after
I make the
payment under
the said
scheme ?
Generally, the
license
details are
provided
within 24 hrs
after credit
of payment in
Shweta
Softwares a/c.
However, in
cases
where
XML tags are
to be provided
along with the
License, it
may take from
2 to 4 days
per XML
format.
- I
want to buy
UDIMagic
Standard Value
pack under the
said scheme.
When will I
get the XML
tags for my
Customized
formats (two
formats) which
are provided
with the Value
pack ?
After
receiving PO /
other
documents and
credit of
payment in
Shweta
Softwares A/c,
the XML tags
for the 1st
format shall
be provided
within 2 to 4
days along
with the
License
details. The
XML tags for
the 2nd format
shall be
provided only
after
completion of
the MBG scheme
period subject
to that you
have not
cancelled your
order /
claimed
refund.
- Can
you provide
XML tags for
all the
formats (in
case of
UDIMagic
Standard Value
Pack) at the
time when the
license is
given ?
No. It cannot
be provided
under the MBG
scheme.
Initially, XML
tag for ONE
format shall
be provided
when the
license is
provided. The
remaining XML
tags shall be
provided only
after the MBG
scheme period
expires
subject to
that you do
not cancel the
order / claim
refund.
- I
have bought
UDIMagic under
the said
scheme and had
made payment
for additional
xml tags for
N-customized
formats. When
will I get the
XML tags ?
The license
and the XML
tag for the
1st format
shall be
provided
within 2 to 4
days. The XML
tags for the
remaining
formats shall
be provided
after expiry
of the MBG
scheme period
subject to
that you do
not cancel the
order / claim
refund.
- I had
bought the
product few
days before
the MBG scheme
was
implemented ?
Can I avail
benefit of
this scheme ?
No.
