It is like renting a Software license year-to-year and includes upgrades and support during the subscription period. However, if you fail to renew your subscription, the software will stop working when the subscription period completes.

How to activate udiMagic License?

udiMagic Software uses a Dual Licensing method and it can be :-
a) Linked with ONE Tally Serial Number, and;
b) Linked with ONE USB Flash/Pen drive (supported in udiMagic v6.0 Release 2.2 onwards)
You can use both licensing methods. i.e. use udiMagic with your Tally Serial (at office) and when you move out, you can carry the USB Flash drive and use the udiMagic Software on any other PC with any Tally Serial. For details, refer the licensing FAQs.
