- UDIMagic
Light
Support shall
be provided
for writing
XML tags for
ONE Excel
sheet. For
additional
Excel sheets,
XML tags shall
be provided on
chargeable
basis.
- UDIMagic
Standard
(Value pack)
Support shall
be provided
for writing
XML tags for
TWO Excel
sheets. For
additional
Excel sheets,
XML tags shall
be provided on
chargeable
basis.
- UDIMagic
Professional
Support shall
be provided
for writing
ONE
transformation
rule.
Additional
rules, if
required shall
be provided on
chargeable
basis.
- UDIMagic
General
-
Modifications
(if required),
in any of the
existing
Standard Excel
sheets /
templates
given at our
site, shall be
done on
chargeable
basis.
- Normal
support time
for providing
XML tags shall
be 2 to 4 days
per Excel
Sheet.
- For Urgent
i.e. priority
requirement of
XML tags,
additional
charges of Rs
1000/- per
Excel format
has to be
paid. These
charges are in
addition to
the charges to
be paid for
the XML tags.
- Normal
support time
for providing
Transformation
Rules shall be
4 to 7 days
per Rule.
- In case of
large
data-size
uploads,
support shall
be restricted
to maximum of
two times
test-uploading
of 10000 rows
of data and
the data
inconsistencies
if any shall
be intimated
to the Client.
It shall be
the Client's
responsibility
to ensure that
the data is
consistent.
- You must
send/email a
signed copy of
the terms
&
conditions to
Shweta
Softwares
along with
order/payment.

users)
AMC
(Annual
Maintainance
Contract) is
optional.
However, it is
strongly
recommended
that Customers
should go for
AMC after the
initial 90
days (i.e. free
support period)
to avail
un-interrupted
support
services and
code
maintenance.
Kindly refer
the guidelines
issued by
Tally
Solutions,
Bangalore
relating to
this which are

AMC includes
the following
:-
- Support
services by
email / remote
support using
teamviewer for
1 year.
- Free
software
upgrades
(minor
releases) for
1 year which
includes
maintaining
compatibility
with future
Tally
versions.
- Minor
modifications
(upto max 2
times) in the
Custom Excel
sheet formats
(if any)
provided with
UDIMagic
Value-pack or
on chargeable
basis.
AMC does NOT
cover :-
- XML tags
for
new/additional
Custom Excel
sheet formats
/ templates.
- Modifications
in any of the
existing
standard Excel
sheet formats
/ templates
available at
our site.
You must
send/email a
signed copy of
the AMC-terms
and conditions
to Shweta
Sofwares along
with AMC
order/payment.

Software
Licensing /
Activation /
Reactivation
- A separate
Software-licensing
utility is
provided for
Activation /
Surrender of
the
Software(s).
- Users can
activate /
surrender the
Software any
number of
times.
- Users must
surrender the
license before
they format
the Hard-disk.
In exceptional
situations
like Hard-disk
failure,
re-activation
of the
Software is
allowed in the
same Computer
in which it
was last
activated. For
this users
must generate
and send a
file using the
Software
licensing
utility which
must match the
file at our
Server.
- For
Reactivation,
a written
request has to
be provided on
the Customer
(End-user)
letter-head
and has to be
duly signed
and stamped
(Company
seal). A
scanned copy
of the same is
to be uploaded
to http://www.rtslink.com/supportdesk
(i.e. Support
Desk)
- Reactivation
shall be
allowed
in the same
system
(you can
change the
hard-disk if
it has
crashed).
However, in
case of
motherboard
crash (i.e.
total system
crash), reactivation
shall be
allowed in
another
system, but
the Software
(UDIMagic)
shall be
linked / bound
to your Tally
Serial Number
(one Tally
Serial number
only).
- Manual
reset of
license shall
be restricted
to 4 times p.a
and 10 times
in total (i.e.
life-time).
